Caseworker Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caseworker to join our team in Lincolnshire. As a Caseworker, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support and information services to victims of crime, ensuring they receive the help they need to navigate the criminal justice system.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of victims, providing individualized support and information services
- Conduct risk and needs assessments to identify the best course of action for each victim
- Follow relevant safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of victims
- Provide information and advocacy to enable victims to understand and navigate the criminal justice system
- Identify barriers to victims accessing our services and work to overcome them
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and confidential case records
- Understanding of the impact of crime on victims and their families
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality services to vulnerable individuals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of risk and needs assessment frameworks
- Experience of managing a caseload and working with diverse client groups
