About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lettings Administrator at Bairstow Eves. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, including landlords and tenants, and ensuring a smooth and efficient lettings process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance on the lettings process.
  • Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings and process applications, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and up-to-date.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Full Driving License: Possess a full driving license and have access to a vehicle.
