About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Home Team Leader to join our team at Hydon Hill. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support to our customers, while also motivating and supervising your team to ensure the delivery of excellent services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver person-centred care and support to customers
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of customers
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support provided, making recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
