As a Recovery Worker, you will assist clients in identifying their aspirations and goals, collaborating to develop personalized treatment plans that facilitate their journey towards recovery. You will manage a caseload of clients, establishing quick connections and treating them with respect and dignity.
We seek a compassionate and driven individual with a proven track record in health, social care, criminal justice, or related fields, particularly with individuals facing substance misuse challenges.
