We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join our team at Pertemps Birmingham Industrial. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Goods In: Enter supplier's delivery notes into the database, create stock transfers from the Bulk warehouse to the Pick Face, and inform Purchasing of any discrepancies.
  • Inventory Management: Support the Goods inwards staff with checking off deliveries and processing paperwork, and provide information for the warehouse KPI bonus system.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Assist the Sales department with daily invoicing of delivery notes and check the Pick face for top-up transfers from Bulk.

Requirements: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in warehouse administration and inventory control. You should be proficient in using systems and have excellent communication skills.
