Opus People Solutions Ltd is seeking a dedicated Building Control Support Assistant to join the Building Control department of Milton Keynes City Council. This role involves providing essential administrative assistance and ensuring smooth operations within the department.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong IT proficiency, a quick adaptability to new technologies, and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical and general advice regarding building regulation processes to clients, colleagues, and external entities.
- Conduct validation assessments on building regulation submissions in line with national standards.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, indexing, and archiving documentation.
- Maintain Statutory Registers and related records, contributing to the compilation of statistical data.
