Product Administrator

Frasers Group is a leading retail company that is rethinking the retail experience. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Administrator to join our team. As a Product Administrator, you will be responsible for transforming the department, setting the standard, and working with stakeholders to enable results.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering results and elevating the customer experience. This is a fast-paced environment with huge potential for identifying and solving problems, adding value to the business, and making a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with 3rd party brands to outsource and upload sourced digital content
- Liaise with the Commercial Team and other departments to source and organize product content
- Support 3rd party brands with EDI portal
- QC assets uploaded to the portal
- Maintain all data and information for digital content tracking
- Communicate workflow and discuss any issues with the Senior Workflow Coordinator
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned
- Updating internal systems where needed by liaising with 3rd party suppliers and internal buyers
- Valid working rights for the EMEA countries

Our Recruitment Team will be reviewing applications and all candidates will receive a response, whether you are successful or unsuccessful. Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details before being booked in for a first-stage interview with the Recruiter- this will be behaviorally focused and centered around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful, we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focused and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
