About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Territory Sales Manager to join our Dechra Veterinary Products business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for championing our range of Farm Animal and Equine Products to Veterinary practices within a defined sales territory.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and achieve territory objectives, respecting product mix, prices, and promotional offers.
  • Utilize data analytics and strategic targeting to identify opportunities and maximize productivity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective business solutions and proven sales methods.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor activities and provide regular reports as required.
  • Represent Dechra at customer meetings, congresses, and events to educate customers and promote our product range.
Requirements
  • Previous business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the veterinary sector.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven individual.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM systems.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel domestically 4 days per week.
