Key Responsibilities- Operational Service Delivery: Contribute to the delivery of a safe, efficient, and customer-focused service throughout all aspects of the departmental remit, including the delivery of PRM, coaching, and cleaning services operations.
- Vehicle and Equipment Operation: Operate all departmental vehicles and equipment as required to enable the safe and efficient delivery of a cost-effective service that provides the highest standard of customer care.
- Airside Coaching: Provide a safe, efficient, and proactive airside coaching operation to customers traveling to and from aircraft stands and gates, with a focus on exceptional customer care.
- Facilities Maintenance: Inspect, clean, and maintain departmental vehicles, equipment, and infrastructure as required to provide an exceptional level of customer service.
- Departmental Coordination: Effectively coordinate departmental activities, including allocating and prioritizing departmental work activities by communicating with colleagues, customers, business partners, and supervisory staff.
- Services Desk Operations: Operate and provide baggage wrap services, as well as other tasks associated with the services desk, including shop and collect, PRM check-in, and dealing with customer queries.
- Customer Service: Ensure that the successful candidate consistently provides an exceptional level of customer service while delivering all aspects of the departmental remit in accordance with the company's customer service ethos.
- Communication and Feedback: Contribute to effective two-way communication within the department by providing feedback and suggesting improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and customer service.
- Safety and Risk Management: Adopt safe working practices, ensuring that methods of working minimize risk to self, work colleagues, customers, staff, and the environment.
