At Bruin, we're seeking a seasoned Property Underwriter to bolster our DA Property team in London. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for underwriting high-quality Delegated Property business, ensuring a profitable book and fostering long-standing relationships with brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Underwrite new and renewal property binders within your authority limits, consulting senior management as needed.
* Manage property binders, including performance reviews, claims trends, and conducting regular audits and underwriter visits.
* Develop and maintain relationships with coverholders and brokers to secure new business.
* Review rate structures, underwriting guides, and policy wordings to ensure their suitability.
* Provide data and reports for meetings and business plans.

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of international commercial property, homeowners, and high-value home insurance.
* Knowledge of FCA/PRA, Lloyd's regulations, underwriting principles, and legal guidelines.
* Familiarity with the Lloyd's insurance market.
