The Workforce Data and Systems Coordinator will play a crucial role in the management and maintenance of Sky Sports' local adoption of people data systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security of all data. This role will also optimize data workflows, audit compliance, review system activity, gather feedback, and train users.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Workforce Data and Systems Manager with all areas of system and data support.
  2. Ensure data protection policy compliance by being an active data protection champion, including ensuring Sky Sports' records of processing are current and comprehensive.
  3. Project audit work as required, reviewing workflows and gathering data sets.
  4. Coordinate and facilitate local training as required, including data protection, Workday, Concur, and PlanIt.
  5. Maintain key local system and information point data, including Sky Sports' Sky Learn channel and Sky Sports Hub.
  6. Ensure systems access and training are provided for all new starters or those new to the role.
  7. Be a local touchpoint for system queries and feedback, reporting serious or persistent issues to the Workforce Systems and Data Manager for further escalation.
  8. Support rostering teams with resource system data upkeep, including PlanIt housekeeping.
  9. Review expense activity and provide compliance updates and training where required.
