Job Summary:

SilverRock Bank is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative support to the board of directors and executive committee. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the start-up bank by ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, implementing decisions made by the board, and providing administrative support to the board of directors and executive committee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the company complies with its governance manual and shareholder engagement plan.
  • Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take appropriate action.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies.
  • Support the board in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in banking and financial services.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory requirements of the FCA and PRA.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
