Division Overview:

The Landing Gear Market division focuses on the design, qualification, manufacturing, and repair of landing gears and critical flight components, serving a diverse clientele that includes Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and operators in both commercial and military sectors.

Position Summary:

As an essential member of the dynamic HR team, the HR Business Partner is vital in providing support and strategic guidance to leadership within the Landing Gear Market division. This role is key in delivering accurate and timely HR-related reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:


• Spearhead the rollout of a new HR Information System (HRIS) in collaboration with other locations.

• Address daily HR inquiries and provide solutions.

• Oversee the Recruitment & Onboarding Advisor.

• Monitor and maintain critical recruitment metrics, including turnover and retention statistics.

• Utilize HR information systems for effective data management.

• Manage the HR corporate database and prepare payroll reports.

• Advise operational managers on employee-related issues.

• Provide guidance on long-term sickness and coordinate with Health and Safety and occupational health teams as required.

• Assist in managing grievance and disciplinary processes and maintain HR-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Required Qualifications:


• CIPD Level 7 certification or a degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.

• Experience in manufacturing or aviation sectors is preferred.

Experience and Skills:

• Expertise in maintaining and enhancing HR systems.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and respond to inquiries from managers, team leaders, and employees.

• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.

• Proactive work ethic with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Demonstrated history of pursuing process improvements.

• Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team setting.
