As a key member of the Rescourcery Group team, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and informing strategic decision-making.

Reporting to the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute financial plans that support business growth.
  • Oversee financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and oversee risk management and internal controls.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and performance metrics to monitor and improve business performance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with department managers to develop and monitor budgets.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide financial expertise and support decision-making.

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified ACCA/CIMA
  • Excellent communication skills, experience of working closely with senior stakeholders
