Your Role:

As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in leading assigned projects to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. You will leverage project management tools and principles effectively to guide your team towards success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee assigned projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality completion of deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and expertise in process improvement, project management methodologies, and change management strategies to the Agrace Management Team and other project teams.
  • Establish standardized project management tools for organizational use and stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in the field.
Your Qualifications:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in project management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience managing large-scale, cross-departmental projects concurrently.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage complex initiatives across diverse departments simultaneously.
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in PC software applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, and Teams.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certifications or experience are considered a valuable asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and flexible with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
