Hybrid Working Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Programme Manager to lead the delivery of critical digital programmes within our DDaT function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, and managing stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for programme stakeholders, providing guidance and support to ensure programme objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain programme plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver programme outcomes, leveraging expertise and best practices to drive success.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in programme management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent technical knowledge, with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in technical programme delivery.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
