We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to oversee our sales executives in the South West region, covering our developments in the area.
Key Responsibilities- Maximise sales in your area through successful management and motivation of your team
- Conduct regular site visits to meet with sales executives, monitor their performance, and address any issues
- Develop and implement sales strategies for each site, including price recommendations
- Liaise with internal contacts to ensure successful site development and marketing
- Attend regular progress meetings with the marketing team to identify site-specific issues and agree marketing strategies
- Prepare and maintain the welcome centre, office, and show apartments to a high standard
- Recruit, induct, and train new sales executives to ensure they meet the company's standards
- Conduct local market research, competition analysis, and pricing exercises to inform sales strategies
- Attend and participate in promotional presentations and events to showcase our developments
- Monitor interest shown in our developments and manage sales standards onsite
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Previous managerial experience in sales, preferably in a new homes, estate agency, or medium-sized housebuilder environment
- Understanding of our market and customers
- Ability to work under pressure, on your own initiative, to achieve sales results and meet targets
- High level of computer literacy
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to sales and marketing, and a determination to succeed
