Job Duties

As an apprentice, you will gain valuable work-based experience in a Business Administration setting, delivering high-quality service to both internal and external clients. Your role will involve supporting the customer service and administrative functions of your assigned department or team. Key tasks will include:

  • Developing exceptional customer service skills and knowledge
  • Performing data entry, data management, and filing tasks
  • Handling correspondence and managing telephone inquiries
  • Engaging with customers face-to-face

You will become familiar with the work environment and work towards achieving a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship, ensuring you are ready for a customer service role upon completion.
