Fleet Administrator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our team at Auto Skills UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the workshop team, including coordinating repairs, maintaining records, and communicating with customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all procedures and requirements, including health and safety audits.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the workshop supervisor and technicians to maximize utilization of resources and optimize fleet performance.
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative background with experience in the motor trade.
  • Technical knowledge of commercial vehicles and commercial experience of dealing with vehicles an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results.
