Transport Fleet Coordinator

Brook Street NMR is seeking a skilled Transport Fleet Administrator to join their dynamic Transport team. This role is crucial in providing administrative and practical support for their organisation's transport services.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the administration and coordination of the fleet of motor vehicles.
- Maintain accurate fleet records both manually and digitally.
- Ensure all vehicle defects are addressed and signed off by repairers.
- Manage fuel, ad blue, and parts reordering.
- Raise purchase orders related to fleet operations.
- Conduct annual driving license checks for approved drivers.
- Support the booking of trips, including obtaining quotes and confirming arrangements.
- Provide cover for the Transport Coordinator during bus arrivals and departures.
- Address general inquiries regarding student transport via phone, online, or in-person.
The service operates from 7 AM to 5:30 PM, requiring flexibility to work on a rota basis during term times. Weekend and evening work may also be necessary based on business needs.
Qualifications & Skills:- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities for dealing with inquiries and requests.
