Job Title: Transport Fleet Administrator

Brook Street NMR is seeking a skilled Transport Fleet Administrator to join their dynamic Transport team. This role is crucial in providing administrative and practical support for their organisation's transport services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the administration and coordination of the fleet of motor vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate fleet records both manually and digitally.
  • Ensure all vehicle defects are addressed and signed off by repairers.
  • Manage fuel, ad blue, and parts reordering.
  • Raise purchase orders related to fleet operations.
  • Conduct annual driving license checks for approved drivers.
  • Support the booking of trips, including obtaining quotes and confirming arrangements.
  • Provide cover for the Transport Coordinator during bus arrivals and departures.
  • Address general inquiries regarding student transport via phone, online, or in-person.
Working Hours:

The service operates from 7 AM to 5:30 PM, requiring flexibility to work on a rota basis during term times. Weekend and evening work may also be necessary based on business needs.
