Commercial Gas/HVAC Engineer Opportunity

Salary: £46,865.77 per annum, including paid travel time, overtime, call out, 33 days holiday, pension, and excellent benefits.

Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Standby / Call Out: 1 in 4.

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer (gas bias) to join our team at Calibre Search, working in the Lincolnshire region. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial heating systems, as well as some air conditioning and other associated HVAC plant.

The role involves:

  1. Carrying out planned maintenance and reactive repairs across multiple sites.
  2. Providing first-line maintenance support throughout allocated sites.
  3. Service and repair a range of mechanical equipment, including boilers, fans, pumps, AHU's, FCU's, and other associated plant.
  4. Conducting surveys and completing reports as required by management.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Previous experience in a similar mobile role, traveling around the region from home.
  2. The ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  3. A hands-on, can-do, and flexible approach to work.
  4. A full driving license, as this is a mobile role.
