Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - Autism Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a GOOD Ofsted rating 3 form entry Primary School in Newham.

About the Role:

  • Support students with their academic, personal, and social development
  • Work 1:1 with a child who has learning difficulties and behavioural problems
  • Collaborate with the staff to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with autism, either in a school or care setting
  • Positive, patient, and caring individual with a genuine interest in helping develop children with Special Educational needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
