Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SQL Database Administrator to join our team at interAct Consulting Limited. As a key member of our database team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our SQL Server databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement database solutions to meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, and triggers
  • Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Implement data security and access controls
  • Develop and maintain database documentation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a DBA role
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, TSQL, and database design
  • Experience with data import/export, data warehousing, and ETL processes
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Access
  • Experience with DTS, RDBMS implementation, and SSIS reporting
  • Strong understanding of clustering and database administration
  • Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning
