Production Database Administrator

**Job Summary**
Interact Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Production Database Administrator to join their IT Systems Integration team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Database Environment, providing SQL support for Operations and Development teams, and collaborating with third-party vendors on bespoke system issues.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain the Database Environment, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Provide expert SQL support for Operations and Development teams, resolving complex issues and improving database efficiency.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors on bespoke system issues, ensuring seamless integration and resolution.
- Conduct capacity management and security audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Ensure data security and document SQL changes, maintaining a secure and compliant database environment.
**Requirements:**
- 3-5 years of experience as a Database Administrator.
- Advanced T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server expertise.
- SSIS experience.
- Always on and Clustering Experience.
- Strong PowerShell knowledge.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, OctopusDeploy, and Windows Server.
