We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations to join Rock Compliance Ltd due to business growth. The role involves leading and managing the department to achieve business objectives and ensure compliance obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountability for department effectiveness and efficiency
  • Risk-based approach focusing on commercial delivery and strategic planning

  • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software
  • Commissioning techniques knowledge and experience
  • Safety Training and Certifications
  • Full clean driving license required
