Brand Development Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Brand Development Advisor to join our team at Interpersonnel UK Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the advancement and evolution of our group portfolio of brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of brand strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to colleagues on brand-related matters, ensuring a deep understanding of brand objectives, focuses, and product developments.
  • Analyse and track brand performance using reporting tools, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain regional/local sales comparative templates and benchmarking tools to inform business decisions.
  • Support the creation of internal 'Fighting Guides' to provide guidance to sales colleagues.
  • Design and coordinate presentations and updates on brand performance and strategy for the team.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract, manipulate, and present data.
  • Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, with a strong understanding of vehicle components (desirable but not essential).
  • A* - C GCSEs or equivalent, with a strong foundation in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Multi-lingual skills, particularly in German (desirable but not essential).
