Engage Services Ltd, a leading provider of utility reconnection services, is seeking a skilled Resolution Officer to join their team in Tonbridge. As part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, we work with major household names to reconnect customers and ensure fair treatment.

This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours of work per week. Key responsibilities include:
