As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of HR operations, from onboarding and HR policy management to benefits administration, payroll, and contract changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and guide a small, dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional service to our talented and committed workforce.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of HR operations, including onboarding, HR policy management, benefits administration, payroll, and contract changes.
  • Streamline, simplify, and enhance administrative processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Redesign key components of our HR systems, leveraging expertise in Excel and HRIS.
  • Provide expertise in HR Operations Management, Systems & Data Analytics, Reward & Benefits administration, Team Leadership, and Compliance & Performance.
Requirements
  • Established HR Advisor with experience in HR operations and management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and policies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
