Key Responsibilities- Support and guide a small, dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional service to our talented and committed workforce.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of HR operations, including onboarding, HR policy management, benefits administration, payroll, and contract changes.
- Streamline, simplify, and enhance administrative processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Redesign key components of our HR systems, leveraging expertise in Excel and HRIS.
- Provide expertise in HR Operations Management, Systems & Data Analytics, Reward & Benefits administration, Team Leadership, and Compliance & Performance.
- Established HR Advisor with experience in HR operations and management.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and policies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Salary: up to £40,000 per annum.
- Excellent pension scheme.
