Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Frontline Advisor to join our team at The YOU Trust LTD. As a key member of our organization, you will provide expert advice and support to individuals in need, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality advice and support to clients on a range of social welfare matters, including debt, welfare benefits, housing, and employment.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions to help them achieve independence.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and best practices in the field, ensuring that advice is accurate and effective.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of services and maximum impact.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of social welfare legislation and policies.
  • Proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
