Senior Development Engineer

Our partner, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Senior Development Engineer to join their team. This renowned organization has a strong commitment to delivering top-quality products and is expanding its engineering capabilities.

As a Senior Development Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and qualification of innovative engineering solutions. You will work closely with the Technical Director and project team members to deliver qualified engineering solutions for client-focused development programs.

The successful candidate will have strong engineering experience and proven leadership in project delivery. They will be proficient in MS Office, including MS Project and 3D CAD software, and have excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the design, development, and qualification of advanced engineering solutions.
  2. Deliver qualified engineering solutions for client-based development programs.
  3. Oversee third-party suppliers of engineering services to facilitate efficient execution of development activities.
  4. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
  5. Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Technical Director, clients, and project team members.
Requirements:
  1. Strong engineering experience with proven leadership in project delivery.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project and 3D CAD software.
  3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
