About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market-leading organisation in marine engineering, developing technologies that improve the energy efficiency of marine vessels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable data platforms and microservices components in C# on Azure platforms.
  • Collaborate with cloud architects, senior software engineers, data scientists, and naval architects to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Work with a team of cloud, frontend, and backend engineers to develop a data platform that processes millions of incoming data points.
Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of C#.
  • Experience with Python is ideal, but not essential.
  • Proficiency in React or JavaScript.
  • Experience with SQL Alchemy, Django, or Entity Framework.
  • Azure Cloud/Azure DevOps expertise.
