About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Helping Hands. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and growth of our care assistants, ensuring they receive the highest standard of training and support.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide coaching and guidance to new care assistants, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to deliver exceptional care to our customers. You will also work closely with our office team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to support the recruitment and retention of high-quality care staff.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs for care assistants
  • Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to ensure high standards of care
  • Provide coaching and support to new care assistants
  • Collaborate with the office team to manage recruitment and retention of care staff
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
