We are seeking a highly skilled Service Administrator to provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for our client's dynamic organisation located near Ashford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers are kept informed of service progress.
- Liaise with technical support to resolve faults over the phone or schedule engineer visits.
- Process invoice requests and report at weekly service meetings.
- Provide holiday cover for Service and Stock Co-ordinator.
- Assist with ad hoc project work and utilise company systems as required.
Requirements:
- Experience scheduling engineers.
- Excellent geographical knowledge of the UK.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Competent IT user with experience of MS Office and Sage 50 desirable.
