About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Impact Investing Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing, managing, and exiting investments that align with our mission to create positive social and economic impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and modeling of investments to inform investment decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investment partners and portfolio companies
  • Collaborate with the investment team to identify and pursue new investment opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of investment strategies and processes
  • Participate in special projects, including market research and due diligence
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-9 years of relevant professional experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity
  • Strong technical skills, including hands-on financial analysis and modeling
  • Experience with private debt transactions and impact investing
  • Passion for making a long-term positive impact and a willingness to learn and apply impact analysis to investments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
