About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Impact Investing Professional to join our team at Hedge Impact headhunting. As an Investment Officer / Associate, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our mission of delivering urgent and systemic change at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analysis, management, and exit of investments in the Impact Investing space
  • Contributing to or leading special projects, including market research, strategy, and development of investment processes
  • Working closely with our sourcing team to identify and evaluate investment opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, portfolio companies, and other partners
Requirements
  • 2-9 years of relevant professional experience, including a foundation in Corporate Finance related work at a major Financial Institution
  • Real technical skills, including hands-on financial analysis and modeling of investments
  • Particular experience with Private Debt transactions
  • Shared passion for making a long-term positive impact, and a keenness to learn to apply impact analysis to investments
