About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Investment Associate to join our Impact Investing team at Hedge Impact headhunting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading multiple transactions and taking true deal responsibility in a flat and supportive structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple transactions and take true deal responsibility in a flat and supportive structure.
  • Work with an excellent sourcing team to analyze, manage, and exit investments as your Impact Investing acumen grows.
  • Contribute to or lead special projects, including market research, strategy, and development of investment processes.
Requirements
  • 2-9 years of relevant professional experience, including a foundation in Corporate Finance related work at a major Financial Institution.
  • Real technical skills, including hands-on financial analysis and modeling of investments.
  • Particular experience with Private Debt transactions.
  • Passion for, interest in, or understanding of Emerging Markets, specifically Sub-Saharan Africa and South East Asia.
  • Shared passion for making a long-term positive impact and a keenness to learn to apply impact analysis to investments.
  • Aligned personal values and mission.
  • Keen to work in a warm collegiate culture of great characters with low ego and high ability.
