Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of Software Development and Tech-led Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to transform complex technical requirements into clear, actionable project plans and results.
  • Work with other departments to ensure business alignment and preparedness for technical deliveries.
  • Create and maintain project documentation.
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines.
  • Monitor and report RAG status of project schedules, quality, and cost.
  • Identify, manage and report RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Manage the involvement of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to facilitate business approval for live software releases.
  • Prepare project communications plans.
  • Be the SME for project principles and governance, offering instruction and advice to business areas/teams where required.
Requirements
  • Proven working experience in project management.
  • Professional project management qualification (Prince 2, Agile PM, APM etc).
  • Excellent external and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very strong organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge of project delivery life cycle.
  • Experience with project management software tools, e.g.
  • Knowledge of Agile principles (desired but not essential).
