Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Everflow is a technology-enabled utility company leading the charge towards a sustainable, multi-utility future for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the delivery of software development and tech-led improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of Software Development and Tech-led Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Define project objectives and deliverables in collaboration with Product Managers.
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring smooth stakeholder involvement and project execution.
  • Monitor and report RAG status of project schedules, quality, and cost.
  • Identify, manage and report RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to facilitate business approval for live software releases.
Requirements:
  • Proven working experience in project management.
  • Professional project management qualification (Prince 2, Agile PM, APM etc).
  • Excellent external and internal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
  • Working knowledge of project delivery life cycle.
  • Experience with project management software tools, e.g. Monday.com.
