About the Role

Auxillis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Business Change team. As a vital part of the team, you will lead project planning, facilitation of project workshops / meetings and coordinating of all project activities from concept to implementation and closure, whilst overseeing and reporting on project tasks and workstream deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership for the planning and successful delivery of allocated projects to clearly defined timescales, quality and cost requirements.
  • Engage with key internal and external stakeholders, actively representing the Business Change Team to ensure that effective relationships are identified, established, and maintained.
  • Lead project planning, facilitation of project workshops / meetings and coordinating of all project activities from concept to implementation and closure.
  • Oversee and report on project tasks and workstream deliverables.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar Project Management role.
  • Excellent working knowledge of planning tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops / TFS, MS Project etc.
  • Well-versed in balancing multiple projects or changes and prioritising work and resources effectively.
  • Exceptional communicator and strong organisational skills.
  • Experience of helping to develop and embed Project or Change methodologies and PMO governance would be an advantage but not essential.
