We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

As a Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing companionship, personal care, and support to our clients. This may include:

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to our clients
  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Helping with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
  • Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support, and who is able to work independently as part of a team. If you are a caring and compassionate individual who is looking for a rewarding career, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to:

  • Be a driver with access to a vehicle insured in your name with Class A Business Insurance
  • Have GCSE level English or equivalent
  • Be resident within Salford (non-Salford postcodes will fall into other Home Instead Office's territories)
  • Be available to work at least 2 evenings and alternate weekends
