Billing Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join our team at Sheridan Ward Recruitment Services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the finance team with administrative duties, answering incoming calls, updating customer billing information, managing invoices, and logging information on our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the finance team
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing issues
  • Update and maintain accurate customer billing information
  • Process and manage invoices
  • Log and track information on our systems
