About the Role

Gleeds Health & Safety advisory provides a comprehensive range of services and guidance to clients across diverse sectors throughout the UK. With increasing demand for our services in the South West of England, we are seeking a dedicated CDM Consultant to join our Bristol office as we establish a prominent Health & Safety hub in the region.

You will be based in our vibrant Bristol office and contribute to a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional health and safety solutions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on CDM regulations throughout all project phases.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective control measures.
  • Prepare comprehensive Health & Safety Plans and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to promote a safe working environment.
  • Stay abreast of the latest health and safety standards and best practices.
About You

We are looking for an experienced and passionate CDM Consultant with a strong understanding of construction health and safety regulations.

You will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A commitment to delivering high-quality services and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks are essential.

Qualifications
  • NEBOSH Construction and General Certificates/Tech IOSH minimum (will be considered with the right amount of experience and other qualifications)
  • NEBOSH Diploma/CMIOSH preferred
  • Design background / experience preferred
  • APS Principal Designer qualification preferred
