Job Title: Sales Adviser/Retail Advisor

Job Summary:

Yours Clothing is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Adviser/Retail Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Adviser/Retail Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote and sell our products, including fashion items and accessories, to customers.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Replenish stock, maintain visual merchandising, and ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support during peak periods.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, store displays, and other visual elements to create an engaging shopping environment.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
