Why Consider a Role with Marshall?

This position is for an Integrated Logistics Support Engineer tasked with aiding various Marshall initiatives by developing Integrated Support Plans and performing ILS analysis, which encompasses FEMCA, Reliability, Maintainability Assessment, LoRA, Spares, Obsolescence, and Disposal.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Executing ILS tasks in alignment with Def Stan and client specifications.
  • Identifying design issues that could incur high costs and affect supportability, and proposing alternative solutions.
  • Conducting Reliability assessments in accordance with Def Stan 00-40 and client specifications.
  • Spotting areas of low reliability in designs and suggesting enhancements or alternatives.
  • Performing Maintainability evaluations in accordance with Def Stan 00-40 and client specifications.
  • Identifying design aspects that could hinder product maintainability and recommending solutions to ensure ease of maintenance as per client expectations.
  • Completing the Logistic Support Analysis Record with analyses conducted per Def Stan and client specifications.
  • Assisting the Proposals Department in drafting ILS plans for tender submissions.
  • Ensuring timely completion of tasks to meet client requirements.
  • Supporting other Integrated Support Activities, such as Training Needs Analysis development and contributing to Technical publications.

Ideal Candidates Will Possess:

  • An Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • A comprehensive understanding of Quality Management and Control systems.
  • Experience with ILS, Reliability, and Maintainability, including proficiency in Windchill-RELEX software.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, MAX MRP System, and Windchill (RELEX).
  • Experience with ILS software such as OmegaPS, OPUS10, SIMLOX, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas clearly.
  • The ability to engage with staff at all levels, both internally and externally.

Marshall operates primarily in the UK, with additional operations in Canada, specializing in the design and production of deployable operational infrastructure and mission support for humanitarian, defense, and security operations globally.
