Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement effective safeguarding procedures to protect staff and assets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics and safeguarding processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external contractors and suppliers to ensure high-quality services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Proven experience in logistics and safeguarding, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
