Position Overview

ITS (Sussex) Ltd is seeking a skilled Traffic Coordinator to support our client on a construction project. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles and personnel on site.

While having personal transportation is advantageous, public transport options are accessible for this position.

This role offers consistent hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directing traffic in and out of the site
  • Coordinating equipment movement
  • Supporting the site management team
Candidate Requirements
  • Possession of a valid CSCS Card
  • A current Traffic Marshal/Banksman certification
  • Capability to perform physical tasks as needed
  • Candidates should have their own high visibility jacket or vest, gloves, and hard hat; these can be supplied by ITS (Sussex) Ltd for a nominal fee.
  • Personal tools are not necessary
Training and Development Opportunities
  • There may be chances to gain further qualifications in Health and Safety, machinery operation, and traffic management.
Compensation Information
  • Pay rates may vary based on experience, qualifications, and related training.
