ROLE SUMMARY
As a Senior Event Management Specialist, you will oversee the complete management process for some of the largest and most prestigious automotive clients, guiding projects from inception to execution.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading events from initial brief to final delivery
- Developing proposals and conducting pitches
- Negotiating with venues and various suppliers
- Collaborating closely with internal teams
- Managing comprehensive delegate registration and logistics
- Preparing and reconciling financial budgets
- Ensuring successful event execution on-site
- Building and nurturing client relationships
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Ideal candidates will possess a solid background in managing a diverse range of events, preferably acquired within an agency setting, and working in collaboration with production and creative teams (other backgrounds will also be considered).
Essential experience includes managing multiple suppliers and overseeing budgets, while any familiarity with automotive events will be advantageous but is not a prerequisite.
