We are seeking two Independent Committee Members to contribute to our governance:

  • For the Treasury & Finance Committee, candidates should possess a professional accounting qualification (CCAB or CIMA) or a Treasury certification.
  • For the Audit & Risk Committee, while a formal accounting qualification is not mandatory, a strong grasp of financial principles is essential.

We particularly welcome applicants who can provide insights from the housing sector. Additionally, candidates with experience in development, regeneration, asset management, or health & safety will be highly regarded.
