Your Role
We are currently looking for a Resource Manager to assist the National Advisory Service Line. This presents an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who will collaborate closely with Managers and Partners to effectively allocate our resources.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for resource management, conflict resolution, and solution development in alignment with business objectives Collaborate with Project Managers and Partners to determine necessary resource needs Understand resource demands and allocate skills accordingly Actively seek out resources and capabilities based on upcoming initiatives Partner with management to ensure resources are utilized profitably Communicate with people managers and project teams to assess resource performance, aiding future placements Identify opportunities to utilize underused resources in other areas based on their skill sets Recognize skill gaps within resources and recommend training and development to meet service line needs Maintain the resource skills database Identify talent needs and collaborate with Human Resources for recruitment when necessary Recognize potential resourcing or process challenges and propose solutions to leadership when applicableDefining Success in Your Role

3-5 years of experience in resource management or project management within a professional services context Experience in forecasting resource needs Proficiency in MS Office applications Familiarity with Workday is a plus Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving abilities Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to be diplomatic or assertive as needed to drive business outcomes Capability to prioritize and organize tasks across multiple teams Proven track record of managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously-
