About the Role

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Capital Allocation and Management Lead Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in leading initiatives that support our capital and balance sheet strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a consistent methodology and design a common platform for optimal capital allocation decisions, in close collaboration with internal business constituents.
  • Direct project prioritization, platform direction, and future state planning and strategic direction.
  • Promote self-service platform use for everyday decision-making.
  • Democratize access to data and transparency of outcomes to teams.
  • Administer a data-driven approach to allocate capital.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in dashboard designing and providing data structure specifications, with a strong emphasis on turning insights into actions.
  • Analytical problem solver with the ability to design data-driven technology solutions to answer business problems.
  • Expertise in data analytics and working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
  • Familiarity with Python, R, SAS, SPSS, and other statistical tools required to lead analytic projects and guide offshore teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
